Yields: 24 Servings
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 12 oz. Milk Chocolate Chips
- 2 or more Cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tsp. Vanilla
- 1. Melt chocolate and mix with mixer the room temp cream cheese.
- 2. Stir in the vanilla and any flavoring you may want (rum, orange extract, mint, etc.)
- 3. Chill and form into balls. Roll in whatever (cocoa, sprinkles, coconuts, nuts, etc.)
- 4. Keep in refrigerator.
