1 lb. Mushrooms
1 Clove Garlic
Mushroom Stems
2 oz. Parmesan Cheese
2 oz. Romano Cheese
4 Spinach Leaves
¼ Large Onion – Chopped
¼ lb. Butter

1. Place the mushroom stems, garlic, spinach and onion into a food processor. Chop fine.
2. Then fry in butter until tender.
3. Add cheeses and stuff into mushroom caps.
