1 Pkg. Dry Yeast
¼ Cup Hot Water
1 Cup Scalded Milk
¼ Cup Sugar
¼ Cup Shortening
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Egg

1. Mix yeast and water and set aside.
2. Mix milk, sugar, shortening, salt and egg and cool until luke warm.
3. Add yeast and stir in flour.
4. Let rise till doubled in size.
5. Form into rolls and let rise again.
6. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
