Quiche au Lorraine (184)

Ingredients:

1 Raw Crust
12 Slices Bacon – Fried, drained and crumbled
1 Cup Shredded Swill Cheese
1/3 Cup Minced Onion
4 Eggs – Beaten
2 Cups Whipping Cream
¾ Tsp. Salt
¼ Tsp. Sugar


1. Mix all the ingredients together and pour into the crust.
2. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes and then reduce the heat to 300 degrees and bake for another 45 minutes.
3. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
