Ingredients:

1 lb. Ground Beef
¼ Tsp. Chopped Garlic
2 Eggs
1 Tsp. Salt
¼ Tsp. Pepper
¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
Flour


1. Mix the beef, garlic, eggs, salt, pepper and cheese together.
2. Roll 1 -2 inch balls and roll in the flour.
3. Fry or bake until cooked.
