Ingredients:

6 Grated Potatoes
1 Onion
6 oz. Bacon – Fried with grease
5 oz. Evaporated Milk
5 Eggs – Beaten
Salt & Pepper
1 Tbsp. Butter


1. Mix together all of the ingredients.
2. Pour into a 9x13 pan and bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
3. Reduce heat to 325 and bake an additional 25 minutes.
