Grandma Koglin’s Saur Kraut (195)

Ingredients:

1 Lg. Can Saur Kraut
1 Tbsp. Caraway Seeds
Water
1 Medium Onion – Chopped
½ Cup Brown Sugar


1. Fry bacon and onions until golden. Do not drain.
2. Add kraut, sugar, seeds and water to almost cover. Simmer until thick.
3. Adjust to taste.
