Ingredients:

4 Cups Chopped Chicken
2 Cups Cooked Shopped Beef
1 Cup Cooked Shopped Shrimp
2 Bunches Chopped Green Onion
1 ½ Lbs. Bean Sprouts
2 Cans Chestnuts – Chopped, Drain Water
2 Cans Chinese Vegetables – Chopped
1 Small Head Bok Choy – Chopped
4 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
4 Tbsp. Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
90 Egg Roll Wrappers


1. Mix all ingredients together.

2. Place in Egg roll wrappers.

3. Deep fry in oil until lightly browned.

4. Wrap in foil and freeze.

5. Bake frozen egg rolls for 15 to 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
