Double Dark Brownie (116)

1/2 Cup Light Corn Syrup
½ Cup Butter
5 oz. Semi-sweet Chocolate
¾ Cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Walnuts – Chopped


3 oz. Semi-sweet Chocolate
1 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Light Corn Syrup
1 Tsp. Milk

1. Bring the corn syrup and butter to a boil. Add 5 oz. chocolate and stir until melted. Sir in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla, flour and nuts.

2. Pour into a greased and floured 9” cake pan.

3. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Wen done, pull out and let cool completely.

4. For the glaze, melt the 3 oz. of chocolate and 2 tbsp. of butter. Remove from the heat and stir in corn syrup and milk.

5. Glaze the brownies and let stand for 1 hour.
