Chocolate Chip Pie

Yields: 8 Servings
- 6 oz. Chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Milk
- 4 Egg Yolks
- 4 Egg Whites
1. Melt the chocolate, sugar and milk. Let cool.
2. Stir in the egg yolks one at a time.
3. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into the chocolate mixture.
4. Pour into a baked pie shell and chill.
