- 3 Chicken Breasts (Boned and skinned)
- 1 Egg
- ¾ Tsp. Garlic Salt
- ½ Cup Flour
1. Mix egg, garlic salt, flour with enough milk to make a smooth batter.
2. Cut the chicken into bite size pieces. Dip the chicken pieces into batter and deep fry until golden brown.
