Cheesecake (102)

Pam for pan
18 oz. Cream Cheese
20 Zweibach toast – Crushed
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Butter – Melted
6 Eggs - Separated
1 ½ Cups Sugar
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 Tsp. Lemon Extract
1/8 Tsp. Salt
1 ½ Cups Sour Cream
½ Cup Milk
1 9” Spring Form Pan

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Spray pan with Pam. Crush the zwieback with 2 tbsp. of sugar and tbsp. of melted butter to make crumbs. Line the pan with the crumbs.

3. Beat egg yolks well. Blend cream cheese with sugar and egg yolk, beating well until it is thoroughly creamed. Add flour and lemon extract and mix well.

4. Add 1 cup sour cream, mix with mil, and blend into cheese mixture.

5. Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold in. Pour into the prepared mold and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
