- 1. Take the paper labels off of the canned milk. Place the unopened cans into a deep pot. Cover with water and bring to a rapid boil.
- 2. Boil for 2 hours, replacing water as needed.
- 3. Remove from water and let rest for 10 minutes.
- 4. Open can carefully as you are relieving the pressure.
