Broccoli / Cole Slaw Dressing (110)
Yields: 1 Salad
- 1 ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- ½ Cup Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar
- 1 lb. Bacon
- 3 bunches of broccoli florets or 1 head of shredded cabbage
1. Brown the bacon. Drain the excess grease and crumble.
2. Stir the bacon into the mayonnaise. Add sugar and vinegar.
3. Pour over with 3 bunches of broccoli florets or 1 head of shredded cabbage.
4. Chill ½ hour before serving.
