Ingredients:

1 lb. Small Navy Beans
½ lb. Salt Pork
1 ½ Tsp. Salt
3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
6 Tbsp. Maple Sugar
1 Tsp. Mustard
½ Tsp. Worchester Sauce
1 Cup Hot Water


1. Soak the beans overnight in water.

2. Put them into a bean crock with all other ingredients and stir, mixing everything together well.

3. Bake for 6 to 8 hours at 300, adding water as needed to keep moist.
