- 1 lb. Bacon – Fried, dried and crumbled
- 8 oz. Shredded Cheddar
- 1 Onion – Minced
1. Mix the cooked bacon, cheese, onion and enough mayo to moisten in a bowl.
2. Spread on rye rounds and broil until toasted.
