1 chicken cut up or 2 whole chicken breasts ( I use skinned and de-boned breasts cut into serving size pieces)
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
3 tbls lemon juice
2 tbls brown sugar
3 tbls oil
3/4 cup water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 tbls chopped parsley

1. Dip chicken pieces in lemon juice and then toss in the mixture of the flour, salt and paprika. Fry in oil until golden brown on both sides.
2. Mix together the left over lemon juice, water bouillon cube, brown sugar, and lemon peel. Heat until warn and the bouillon cube is dissolved.
3. Place chicken in baking dish and pour the sauce over the top of it. Sprinkle with parsley and a few lemon slices if you like. 4. Bake for 45 minutes at 350. Serve with rice.

I double the sauce when I make this...we like lots for the rice
